Choose Your Package & Schedule Your Start

Month 0

When you sign up for Siteflyer using our online form, you'll be making a few different choices:

Choose Your Core Package

We offer 3 different core packages to fit the needs and budget or different types of businesses. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, schedule a call to talk to one of our website experts. You may also choose to include any add- ons at this point, which will be added to your monthly subscription fee.

Pay Strategy & Setup Fee

Pay the $1,750 strategy & setup fee. You'll receive a separate payment request to set up your credit card for the automated subscription. The first subscription payment will be charged when you start the production stage (writing, designing, building).

Schedule Kick-Off Call

You'll pick a time within the next week or so to meet your Account Manager (AM) who will explain the website development process in detail, provide you with the video survey link you'll need to complete for us to write the copy for your site, and will answer any questions you have.

On this call we will also schedule a date to start the production stage (writing, designing, building) of the process. To maintain quality and stay on schedule, we limit the number of websites we produce each each month. Depending on the time of year and our current project load we could start production as early as next week, or up to 2 months out. Note: your monthly subscription fee will not be charged until we enter the production stage.

Month 1

Video Survey & Intake Form

Before your initial production call, you'll complete a video-based survey about your business, goals, and needs. The platform we use makes it easy to simply record yourself answering each question in your own words. No need to worry about perfect phrasing—that's what our professional copywriters are for. We're focused on capturing your tone and communication style, which is why we use video. The survey is comprehensive and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to complete.

The intake form is for capturing details like contact information, company logo, brand colors, and information about your current website. This form should take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

Initial Production Call

Your initial production call marks the official start of the production stage and sets the tone for a smooth, successful process. During this call:

  • Your AM will walk you through the entire production timeline and review your Intake Form to ensure we have all the necessary details about your business. We’ll address any questions or clarifications about your goals and project requirements.
  • Your Copywriter/Strategist will review wireframes and copy for the homepage and ask you to clarify any outstanding questions from the Video Survey.
  • We’ll confirm the next steps and establish a clear plan for moving forward.

Writing Phase

The first step in a successful website project is to get the words right. Your AM may need to schedule additional meetings with your copywriter/strategist to review and refine the content for your site. You will be presented with copy (words) for your approval. All copy must be approved before moving on to the design phase.

Design Phase

You will meet with your AM to review the design mock-up(s) we create. You will have an opportunity for one round of design revisions.

Month 2

Build Phase

In this phase, our development team brings your approved design and copy to life by building your site on WordPress. We ensure the site aligns seamlessly with your brand style, incorporating the colors, typography, and other elements established during the design phase. The site will be responsive, secure, and optimized for fast loading on all devices. During this time, your AM will keep you updated on progress and address any questions.

Revision Phase

Once your site is built, you’ll have an opportunity to review the full working version. This is your chance to test the functionality, ensure all features are working as intended, and request minor revisions to content or design. We allow for two rounds of revisions during this phase to keep the project on schedule.

Optimize Phase

Before launch, we fine-tune your website to ensure it performs at its best. This includes compressing images for page speed, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and testing SEO basics like meta tags, alt text, and URL structures. We’ll also set up your Google Analytics tracking (if applicable) to ensure you’re ready to measure success from day one.

Month 3

Launch

Your site is going live! During this phase, we handle all the technical aspects of launching your website, including connecting your domain, ensuring proper hosting setup, and making your site publicly accessible. We’ll also conduct final checks to confirm everything is working smoothly and notify you once the launch is complete.

Start Marketing Campaigns

If you’ve added Local SEO or Google Ads to your package, this is when your marketing campaigns kick off. We’ll set up tracking tools, fine-tune keywords, and create ads to help drive traffic and attract your target audience. Expect a one-month ramp-up period for these campaigns to gain traction and deliver results.

Month 4

Hosting

Your website is securely hosted on our reliable servers, ensuring maximum uptime, fast loading speeds, and protection against security threats. We handle all hosting maintenance, so you can focus on your business while your site runs smoothly in the background.

Support

Our team is here to help! From troubleshooting issues to answering questions, we provide ongoing support to keep your website in top shape. Submit a support request anytime, and we’ll respond promptly to address your needs.

Updates

Need changes? Whether it’s updating text, swapping images, or making small design tweaks, we offer ongoing updates to ensure your site stays current and aligned with your business goals. Simply let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of it.

Additional Content & Pages

Ready to expand? We can help add new pages or create fresh content as your business grows. Adding new pages as a one-off request starts at $300 per page, or may be included by upgrading your Core Package to one that includes more pages. Turnaround time for additional content is typically one month.
