Letter from the owner
We believe in small business. We are a small business. If you're like us, you want to grow to be a bigger business, but you don't want to sell your soul in the process.
We started Siteflyer because we saw too many small businesses struggling to get their marketing off the ground. Their biggest weakness being a website that wasn't clear or professional enough to compete with their much larger (and well-resourced) competition.
Our point-of-view is that a website should be:
- Good. Enough. Good means high-quality copywriting, design, and performance. Enough means we create a complete solution while keeping things simple. We don't waste time or money on bells and whistles that look cool, but don't help drive sales for our clients.
- Affordable (but not cheap). Developing a good website requires time, thoughtfulness, and follow-through. It's simply not possible to do that with AI or inexperienced/"budget" creative-folk. We are not a "cheap" option. Instead, we offer a great product on a subscription so it's easier to cash-flow the costs.
The truth is, 80% of all businesses need a good website to compete in today's marketplace. But we don't make promises we can't deliver on, and we don't make claims that are unrealistic. A new website is not a magic bullet. You're responsible for making your business grow, but a good website is a powerful tool to help you get there.
Let us help you get a good website.
The Core Values That
Drive The Work We Do
Be the Guide
We own our role as trusted advisors. We dig deeper to understand our clients’ true needs, offering expert, thoughtful advice rather than simply taking orders. Confident yet grounded, we focus on delivering clear, effective strategies that prioritize our clients’ success. Above all, we provide direction that ensures clients feel supported and secure every step of the way.
Optimize Everything
We are committed to using systems and processes to work smarter and save energy for what matters most. By documenting workflows and leveraging tools, we amplify creativity and collaboration. Our shared systems make work easier for everyone, and we continuously improve them to stay efficient and effective as we grow.
Know Thyself (and Others)
We prioritize self-awareness and empathy in all interactions. By recognizing our own habits and understanding emotional cues, we foster respect and thoughtful collaboration. We take accountability for mistakes and remain curious about others’ perspectives, ensuring that even disagreements are approached with care and mutual understanding.
Always Be Growing
We embrace every opportunity to learn and improve. Growth means taking risks, learning from failure, and staying open to change in ourselves and others. By seeking solutions and building resilience, we sharpen our skills and move forward stronger. Whether we win or stumble, we choose to learn and grow.
